Single-game tickets go on sale prior to the start of the season and can be purchased at the North Texas Athletic Ticket Office or at the Super Pit two hours prior to each game, or by phone at 940-565-2527. Complete ticket information and a seating chart is available at the North Texas Ticket Office website.

The Super Pit

The North Texas Coliseum, better known as The Super Pit, is home to Mean Green men's and women's basketball. The Pit opened in 1973 and was updated with a new court and a center-hung scoreboard in 2013. Click here for more information on the The Super Pit.

Super Pit Parking

North Texas Athletics and the Mean Green Scholarship Fund offer a variety of parking options on Mean Green basketball game days. Eligible members must be a men’s basketball season-ticket holder in order to receive season-parking benefits. Click here for a map of Super Pit parking.

The Pit Crew

The Pit Crew is the official student section at North Texas home basketball games, and it's a big part of the reason that North Texas has such a home-court advantage. The Mean Green's loud and proud students give the Super Pit the reputation of being an intimidating place to play.

The North Texas home crowds have long been a source of rowdy support, from the days when their window-rattling, bleacher-shaking antics helped the old Men's Gymn earn the nickname "Snake Pit" to the days when the chant "Welcome to the Pit" rang out in the Super Pit as Bill Blakely's teams gained a national reputation and a top-20 national ranking.
